The team at 11Ants are humbled to have been announced winners for Microsoft NZ’s Innovative Software Product of the Year 2016 Award for our 11Ants Retail Insights Cloud (11Ants RIC).
This is a fantastic achievement by the team and we are absolutely thrilled. We owe a lot of thanks to Microsoft, who’ve been supportive of us from the very early days and it is fair to say that without the fantastic Azure cloud platform 11Ants Airline Insights Cloud and 11Ants Retail Insights Cloud would not be what they are.
This award further validates our belief that there is no single thing a retailer operating a loyalty program can do to elevate the strategic value of their loyalty program than deploy 11Ants RIC – buying themselves true customer understanding. In all cases the major investment in the loyalty program has already been made (via the 1% to 5% rebate being paid back to customers as loyalty rewards). Most retailers are pleasantly surprised (no shocked!) at how little it takes to transform this vault of expensive, yet untouchable, data into actionable stories about their customers, products, promotions and stores utilizing the 11Ants RIC software-as-a-service solution. Particularly after the years of false starts they’ve often experienced with various custom development initiatives, or the fees they’ve become accustomed to paying consultants to tell them relatively straightforward things about what is happening in their own business. The ideal state is to move the loyalty and CRM asset from a marketing department-only asset to a company-wide asset. We empower this and we do it in a beautiful and fun way.
A few of the nice things we got to hear in the media over the last few days:
“The winner, 11Ants Analytics, impressed the judges with an innovative retail software solution that enables retailers to take their raw transactional data and transform it into powerful decision making and promotional activity.”
Judges felt 11Ants Analytics has enormous global potential and is already becoming a great Kiwi export story, from start up through to global ISV.
“We look forward to seeing their business grow further in the next 12 months,” says Brent Kendrick, Director of Small and Midmarket Solutions and Partner Group at Microsoft.
So thanks Microsoft and all the other people who’ve been so supportive of us over the years.
